Brian Heger

Brian Heger is a lifelong internal HR practitioner, with 20+ years experience spanning multiple industries, including Pharma, Retail, and Telecom. He has held roles such as a Center of Expertise (COE) Lead in Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Organizational Effectiveness, as well as an HR Business Partner. He is the publisher of Talent Edge Weekly newsletter, and runs a private, paid community for internal HR practitioners, Talent Edge Circle. He also shares HR and talent management ideas and resources at brianheger.com. Brian's work has also been published in publications such as People + Strategy, the Organizational Development Journal, and he has a book chapter that will be published in late 2023 in the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology's (SIOP) special issue on workforce planning. Brian holds an M.A. in Industrial Psychology and B.A. in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
