Brian Heger is an internal human resources practitioner with a Fortune 150 organization and has responsibilities for Strategic Talent and Workforce Planning. His internal HR experience spans multiple industries, including Pharma, Retail, and Telecom. He has held roles such as a Center of Expertise (COE) Lead in Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Organizational Effectiveness, as well as an HR Business Partner and Consultant. Brian is also the publisher of Talent Edge Weekly, a weekly newsletter that provides HR practitioners with curated insights about the world of work, the workplace, and the workforce. Brian's work has also been published in publications such as People + Strategy, the Organizational Development Journal, and he has a book chapter that will be published in late 2023 in the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology's (SIOP) special issue on workforce planning. Brian holds an M.A. in Industrial Psychology and B.A. in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
